the location was ideal, with easy access to the village amenities and stunning countryside views. the room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. the welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by hosts Ruth and Rachel made us feel right at home. the delicious breakfast served was a perfect start to the day. the value for money, hospitality, and relaxed ambiance of Burnley House made our stay unforgettable. Plus, the free parking and pet-friendly policy were definitely a bonus. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem in Hutton le Hole.
